I understand that plans can change and unexpected circumstances can arise. If you need to cancel your appointment, I kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice so the time can be offered to another client.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a fee equal to 50% of the consultation cost, which will be charged to the card held on file. In the case of an unavoidable emergency, this fee may be waived at my discretion.
